The ministerial labors of Reuben T. Nichols in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, [1886?].

Manuscript memoir, with minor corrections, written by Reuben T. Nichols. Nichols was born in 1807 in Johnstown, New York, and joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in 1833. The memoir discusses his religious and family life; his work in the Church in Jefferson County, New York; his move to Nauvoo, Illinois, in 1845; affiliation with James J. Strang in 1846; and subsequent work in the Strangite Church in Antrim County, Michigan. Included in the text are names and locations of people baptized by Nichols. The memoir was published, apparently following Nichols's death in 1886. Brief notes regarding printing, written in an unidentified hand, are present on verso.
